Terms of Service

Please Note:
✧ Commissions are priced based on personal-use. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. For commercial-use commissions, you will be charged a fee of $40 (USD) along with the type of commission you requested.✧ I will NOT be accepting any commission requests that consists of nsfw or mecha.✧ I own all rights to the artwork. Putting my artwork into any A/I is not allowed.✧ I am allowed to post your art commissions on my social media. I am allowed to include them in my art portfolio as well.✧ Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game, series, etc may be used by me for anything (like making my own merch out of it for instance).✧ Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission (this includes the commercial-use fee as well).✧ I have the right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level will not meet your request.✧ Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees ($10). I will usually take 2 or 3 weeks to finish a commission, but please give me at (1) month max to complete the commission just in case anything arises. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile!✧ I will be doing 1 or 2 commissions at a time, so please keep in mind that it may take awhile for me to respond (through the contact you provided in the commission form) to your request.✧ Reposting and sharing the art commission is OK, but you can only post the WATERMARKED version that I sent you.✧ Please provide detailed description of your request as well as visual references. Little to no references or details may result in me taking more creative liberty, which may or may not be what you wanted. Providing full references helps me do better in fulfilling your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.✧ I will start working on your commission after you have replied to my response through the contact you provided in the commission form.Payment
✧ USD ONLY. Payment can be sent through PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp or ko-fi. I will send you a sketch first. When the sketch is approved by you, I will start working on the line art. Once you approve the line art, I must be PAID IN FULL before I continue working on and then finishing your commission.✧ In the commission form, You will need provide your Paypal email, Venmo or Cashapp (depending on the payment method you chose). I need this information so that I know who I am getting the payment from (no one else will see this payment information but me). Once its time to pay, I will also provide you my Paypal email, Ko-fi, Venmo or Cashapp so that you can send the payment (SELECT THE PAYMENT TYPE "GOODS AND SERVICES" for Paypal). You are responsible for any transactional fee. I will not use or spread your payment info anywhere else for anything and nor should you with my payment info.✧ If for reasons you need to cancel your commission but you already paid, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).✧ Please be kind. Any rude behavior against me during the commission process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.Process
✧ Upon starting, I will send images of the sketch (and flat color along with it if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to do the line art (which you can also do revisions on). Once the line art is approved, I need to be paid in full.✧ Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three adjustments (3) will incur an additional fee of $4 each from the 4th adjustment on, which must be paid after I make the adjustments.✧ Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full resolution .png files of the work and watermarked version of it as well for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the payment methods.
